        So kind of them to let me visit while I was in town and away from my normal 9Round studio! Both trainers I had were super welcoming and made me feel comfortable while putting together a great workout! A big thank you from KC for opening up your gym to me!

        A great place with high good energy! The staff is awesome. very friendly and knowledgeable especially for someone like me who has never kickboxed before they made me feel comfortable even when I had no idea what I was doing! The staff was also very helpful when I had some personal issues come up. Highly recommend them!
