    Theres a lot of glass / Kratom shops in Omaha. However, Mystic is owned and operated by a very upstanding guy. They always have sales and theyre product seem to be very effective for chronic pain relief. Whatever your needs are, Id be willing to be they have something for it. Staff has always been very pleasant to talk to and Knowledgable of their products. Huge variety. Good location. Take a look and see for yourself

    I have been a somewhat, regular customer of Mystic Moods for the better part of a year and a half now and its kind of a go-to place for me, especially given its location. It has a great selection in glass and many more products at a fair price. For the most part, when I have stopped into Mystic and now the new M&M Dispensary, I have received great customer service. The staff has usually been very helpful with answering my questions about certain products or concerns if I am trying a new product out. However, I recently went into Mystic to purchase a couple bowls and one the employees came out of the restroom, asked what I was looking for, he got the bowls out from the display case and then seemed to be distracted and he literally turned his back to me. I was kind of stunned because it almost seemed negligent to leave any unpaid product unattended with any customer. I made my purchase and left quickly. There have also been a couple of times when he did talk, he would talk about weird things that were going on with him. Its not quite the experience Im looking for as a customer. I will continue to shop at Mystic and M&M and still highly recommend, but opt to come in when he is not on duty and felt it was best to make management aware.

I had never met Miss Vavra before she came into the store around the beginning of September. She told me that she was employee at a location just a couple doors up the street and asked if she could get a vape pen on credit and that she would pay for it on or before September 15th when she gets paid. Normally we don't do that with the exception for a couple very good regular customers but being nice I thought I would allow her to do so. I didn't even check her out. She owed $25 + tax. The 15th was here and gone and no Miss Vavra not even a phone call. I was about to call her place of employment and ask her if she forgot about us but she showed up on the 21st. She wanted to get another vape pen on credit and told my employee that I gave her the last one on credit and that she would pay for both after the end of the month when she gets paid. Looking in the cash drawer my employee saw a note that I okayed credit on her 1st vape pen and thought it was okay to credit another vape pen. Unfortunately my employee doesn't have the authority to do so. When my store manager saw what she did, he called Miss Vavra and asked if she would come in and pay for the 1st pen and told her she couldn't get another pen on credit because she didn't even pay for the 1st one. She apparently wasn't happy about it but did come back in and payed for the 1st vape. I think it was later that day maybe the next that Miss Vavra called and according to my employee said that she didn't like the taste of the vape pen and wanted to come in and trade it for another. Our store policy is there is all sales are final and there are no returns or refund but then again we do make exceptions. My employee told her that she would need to talk to me about that. She called me today and said that the pen tasted burnt and that she would like to return it. I told her our store policy and then she told me the pen stopped working also. I reminded her of our policy and she said "You mean that after using it for only 1 day and it taste bad and stops working it can't be returned?" I said I'm sorry but we can't take it back. She then said "I'll be in on Friday to pay for it." As I already stated we sometimes make exceptions but it's difficult on electronic vape pens and things people put in their mouth. Sometimes people drop them, leave them sitting in their cars in the heat and other things that could damage them. Now about her saying I was rude to her, not true. I guess she believes I was rude because I told her it can't be returned. Now if she had been a regular customer or if she would have paid for the 1st one when she said she would or even a phone call I may have told her to bring it in and we would look at it. Sometimes the pens just need plugged in as these pens are rechargeable. Oh, and nobody reported anything stolen to anybody.
