        Horrible customer service. For a small, family owned company Ed has lost touch with his customers. Numerous calls and messages were done concerning a dead tree his team had planted. He refused to even look at it in person and would only say its healthy or give it time etc. Almost a year now, he still refuses to address customer concerns. Take your business elsewhere as he will not admit or own up to something that does not benefit him.

        Owner has been very responsive and willing to come over himself to answer questions and evaluate issues, we've just had a bit of bad luck with some of the trees surviving in our yard

        Crew planting 4 spruce trees on back of our property were very efficient, friendly and on time. Trees look great and adding mulch to each one was a nice touch!
