City of Omaha Solid Waste Collection Services

I think Wasteline is doing a great job, they've provided every with free trash cans, clear instructions on how to sort and label trash and even notify residents when special seasons come around. Leaf pick up in autumn, tree limb pickup after a bad storm, ability to leave extra trash out after Christmas because of all the wrapping. I think y'all are doing a great job

Been waiting a month for a new trash can that they destroyed and was told multiple times it would be there the next day. Nope. I have a garage full of trash now and am pretty pissed off. I shouldn't have to pay for last month either but they made no mention of it.

Why do I pay for a service that doesn't get done. Multiple points of going several WEEKS without pickup. Then when I call, after giving them the benefit of the doubt, the woman who answered really didn't seem to give a damn. "First we're hearing of this." Can I switch to Abes??

This company needs to go. Is there a way to remove there service, and go with abes trash or another company??No words to describethe absolute horrible service. Trash was not collected because there was ONE pice of about 1/2" diameter branch by 24" long sticking out the trash can. Im sure it cost them more money to leave the tag on the trash can them to roll the trash can to the back of the truck and dump it. Cant wait for this company to g absolutly worthless company. Wastemanagement needs to get the contract back so they can continue to offer the great service before this worthless company took over.
