        Ashley in the office was super responsive and got us scheduled right away. Glen was awesome and had the install done in no time. He was very friendly and took time to make sure I understood all of the features and how to properly maintain the new opener. He did a great job and cleaned up everything perfectly. All in all a great experience, would highly recommend.

        We had an industrial garage door replaced in late 2022. The spring on it broke in January 2024. I called this company and the gentleman came out and said they did not have ability to replace it. I appreciate the honesty, but found it disconcerting that they installed it and it broke down a year later and couldn't fix it. When the company called me later to find out how they did I told them what happened and they were gonna get back to me, but did not. UPDATE: Company got a hold of me and fixed the issue! Not only did they fix the issue they fixed the error done by Garage Doors in Omaha. Brandon was gracious, friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again!

        Here the next day to repair my door. Offered several options, I opted to upgrade instead of minimal fix. Finished in 3 hours. Highly recommended!!

The technician was very kind and courteous and repaired it in a timely manner. I am very please with the quick response and the work performed. I am glad I called Titan Garage Doors.
