Very unwelcoming experience .. i ordered a tux a week before the event, called store the day of pickup and the store did not have the tux ready. Upon arrival to pick up the rushed tuxedo, the clothing did not fit properly & the shoes were crappy, not like the ones shown . It was clear that the order had been put together at the last minute. The store clerk was unapologetic and the entire experience was very unwelcoming .. left the store wishing i had chose another tuxedo shop. If i could give a 0 rating i would. Will not return!

We were very impressed with our experience at Gentlemens Choice. They took us in after Tip Top Tix unexpectedly closed their doors, and they were AMAZING. My husband is short and stocky, and they were very accommodating to his unique size. Every time I called or stopped in they were so friendly and we had a really great experience all around!

The one thorn in my side for my wedding. Communication was horrible. I had to call and see if our suits were in as they didnt call to inform us. They also didnt tell us that what I wanted was out of stock. She did end up fixing the suit jackets, but it was a shock when I got there and they were wrong. The grooms shirt was stained or dirty. Shoes were promised as a part of the package and when the groomsmen went to pick up their things they would not give them shoes. Even though I had confirmed just days earlier that they would have shoes for everyone. The staff was apologetic, I heard no apology from the owner. Would not recommend.
