        I had a fenced installed about 6 months ago. We had 2 fences installed one double gate one single. Both within a couple months broke I called multiple times to get them to one out and fix it and finally they sent out someone who emailed me at work that the fence was fixed. The larger gate was never worked on and still broke the smaller gate they said they fixed the boards they screwed the bolts into completely cracked the board. So what that being said for what I paid over $5500 the craftsmanship for the gates is absolutely horrible. I will try to upload a picture If your thinking of getting a fence you might be ok hopefully you dont need gates. I will post pics

      You called about your walk gate needing repaired on a day with 30mph winds and we went out assessed the damage it was due to the wind catching the gate. We fixed it, weather related damage is not covered under warranty. It's a true shame how easy it is to bash a business that fixes repairs issues outside of warranty scope. We put in over 300 gates last year and got 5 warranty issues and 3 of them were weather related. We build great gates but we cannot control how they are open and shut after install.

      We have no contract under this name but this is the neighbor of a customer and mad about how their neighbors fence turned out due to what their neighbor told us they wanted and agreed to in our contract. This neighbor demanded we come and rebuild this fence so that it's flat on instead of following the grade like the contract said he said he's retired and if we don't he has all the time in the world to degrade us on social media. Due to all the obstacles like the tree and falling down retaining wall I think this fence turned out as good as possible. Like I told your wife and the neighbor we are not a landscape company nor a grading company. This issue has went to the BBB and they ruled in our favor
