Terrible service! Went up to the window to ask what time they served lunch and with an attitude he said soon! What is soon?? That does not tell me a time. I then asked what time??? And he never answered then comes back and yells in 3 minutes! We took off! Maybe you should train your employees on etiquette!

It was frustrating to witness a customer who arrived after us being directed to the reserved drive-thru spot for a frappe, especially when their order could likely have been prepared before reaching the window. Our own wait for three McDoubles felt unnecessarily prolonged. Additionally, there seemed to be a language barrier with most of the staff, raising concerns about effective communication. My disappointment continued when my burger arrived sloppily assembled, cold, with old meat, and untoasted bread, indicating a lack of attention to detail and effort in food preparation. LAZY!

This particular location is one of my absolute favorites. 95% accuracy on my orders and hardly ever have a problem. The real standout star of this location is by far one of the managers named Jackie. She is so incredibly kind and even remembers my name when I come in to pick up my online food order. Always greeted with a smile which is so incredibly rare in this day and age at a fast food restaurant. My hats off to this location and highly recommend it.
