Capstone IT

Molly Morrissey has no technical vocabulary. Out of touch with well known IT certifications. Pays an external firm to ask technical questions (pretty pathetic for someone who has been a technical recruiter for 16 years) that are easily googled and not something people just retain. The worst part is she ghosts you (doesn't return emails or messages). So sick of recruiters and firms ghosting candidates. Such a s**t show.

While no place is perfect, I genuinely enjoy working with the folks at Capstone IT. I have been coding for over half my life now, and every person I have had the privilege to interact with within the IT department has taught me something new! There are people at Capstone with code in orbit, in the air, on the ground, and probably underground. I am good at what I do, but being a part of this team is the good kind of humbling experience that makes me better at what I do. Capstone's customers are pretty awesome to work for too.

I missed work due to a legitimate medical issue and the client I worked for decided to fire me. The explanation given had nothing to do with health & when I tried to reach out to anyone at Capstone to get a better understanding of why I lost my job it was as if I had never existed. None of my questions were answered, no feedback was given, & the client I worked for had another rep from Capstone working there who made me feel ostracised because I knew more than him. In short DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

Working alongside these folks they're professional and fun. Capstone seems to care about the business they're doing and it shows.
