Generators for Sale did an outstanding job installing my 22kW Generac generator. I shopped around on the installation costs and when the estimates came in, not only did specify parts and labor needed that the others did not specify, they came in cheaper. Their work quality was outstanding as well. They had to replace my electrical panel to meet code and to upgrade it. When the city inspector came he passed their work with zero write ups. I was extremely pleased with the work done. The generator does a self test each Monday as scheduled and they hooked it up to my wifi so we can monitor it remotely. All in all, Im very pleased. From the moment we spoke with Trevor regarding our interest in purchasing a product and right through the installation (with Angel, Scott, Dre, and Austin), it was a smooth process. Everyone was extremely professional, quickly found answers to any questions, and showed dedication to the project at hand. They even cleaned up -- ** thoroughly ** cleaned up, there wasn't a speck of dirt anywhere -- after the installation! Something that happened * after * the installation also impressed me....OPPD sent someone to inspect wiring and he told me, "These guys always do a great job, it's a pleasure to look at their work." Professional. Patient and thorough when answering my questions and concerns before agreeing to the project. By the book, when meeting electrical code, legalities, and permits. Installation people were way above average for being professional and getting things done right. . .including details like running the wires straight, and electrical boxes hung on the wall level and square. We had Generators For Sale put in a generator for us, since we seem to be losing power more frequently in Omaha. We are so happy that we chose this company. They came out and went over all the costs, measured everything, drew diagrams regarding the placement and fully explained to us exactly what was going to happen before we signed anything. They showed up exactly when they said they would, even though we had a rain/snow mix that day and it was muddy and freezing cold. Their crew did a great job of installing the generator and explaining exactly how it would work. They have also followed up several times. I also know I can call Trevor at any time if I have any additional questions. I highly recommend this company and their crew and would suggest that others install a generator, as well. We are all seniors in our home and there are safety issues that arise when the power is out, not only with having heat and air conditioning, but with the safety of moving through the house with battery operated lighting. In conclusion, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the professionalism of this company.
