Business owner here who has completely been mistreated by their "policies" as they state them to be. Postal worker failed to deliver mail for 5 months. Out of sight, out of mind. Bills continued to be returned to OPPD as undeliverable yet they do nothing for outreach while late fees acrue. When phoned, they can't look up account. Beyond pissed! Horrible company to work with.

These people are the worst. I received a bill for $350. When I called to ask for what since I have never missed paying a bill I was told it was a transfer from another address for a bill not in my name. I have never lived at the address in question and never set up services there. I was then told because that resident forwarded their mail to my address that proves that they now live with me and per their policy I owe the debt. You have to be kidding me! My address is used as a forwarding address because the owner of the bill is in between living situations. They do not live with me! Mail is being delivered only but they told me the post office says they do live here so I owe a bill I never had my name on! My bill had no explanation on it or warning and Im given less than 30 days to pay or I will get late fees followed by service being shut off. So all you need is another address to send your mail and your debt is transferred to another person???? This should be illegal this feels illegal. Anyone who works for OPPD should be ashamed of yourselves you are robbing people!

an excellent example of what happens when there are no consequences due to the state granting immunity and restricting any competition. They do whatever they want whenever they want and violate what is state law to normal people do to their "special" status. They also lie threw their teeth, I have seen them dig with no 411 call hit a communication line, fill the hole quickly, then tell people we did not dig. We need to vote to revoke the special status afforded all power production organizations and open the state up to competition. That is beyond the continual offloading of their workload onto other trades and constant installations of unstable and failure prone systems(wind and solar) just so they can get federal money to distribute to the board of directors, and the illegal sale of power to other states in violation of state law. Corrupt, incompetent, and lazy just like any other bureaucracy
