Such a shame to leave a low rating on a business that is clean well maintained, and has friendly staff. But I learned the hard way DO NOT PUSH THE STOP BUTTON ON A WASH CYCLE TO ADJUST WATER TEMP. It will reset and force you to put in MORE money. There is a sticker telling you this on the machine, unless you have a magnifying glass you are unable to read it normally.

I came here when it was below zero, with quite literally all of the clothes in my house (my furnace caught fire and everything smelled like burnt plastic). The staff was helpful and made good conversation with everyone in the building. One of the employees also walked me to my car and helped me load all of my bags back into my car. I hope to not have to come back, but if I do, I will absolutely choose Wash World again! They went above and beyond in a situation I felt very helpless and alone in.

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE!!!
They will charge you fees on your card, I used it twice and was charged $25 each time. Not holds on my card but CHARGED me. Save the headache and go somewhere else
