This place is horrible the lady in the front is so rude and unprofessional. I brought my brand new coat there to get cleaned, first they overcharged me but I figured there are on dodge street that must be why. When I came back so excited to retrieve my coat, I noticed that its been son the rack. So I grab the coat to check it and I was so sad to see that they were several marks on it and food stain and crumble. I nicely told the Asian lady in the front and show her the food stain and crumbs. She loudly told me the stain doesnt go away. I therefore use my fingers and the stain was leaving along with the crumb. I showed her and she got upset at me. I calmly told her to lower her voice at me and I was just showing her the stain was not cleaned especially if a simple touch of my finger can remove a few particles. She then said to me its clean, we clean it smell it. So I reached down and smell it and it smell like its been treated with bad dirty water and I asked her to smell it herself to judge if she deemed its clean. She had the nerve to tell me maybe I smell bad when I brought it and thats the best I can do. Everyone who knows me knows I smell really good (creed type of guy) I felt really offended trying to insinuate the color of my skin but as a business owner myself and seeing all the bad treatment the Asian community is enduring, I restrained myself from saying what was on my mind about her comment. I told her clearly its not clean so can you do it again, thats when she got angry and told me they cleaned and she will overcharge me again. I told her money was not the issue but I need guarantees that you will clean my 2000$ coat. She started lashing at me and asked for my bank card although you pay at the end. I really felt violated and I told her Ill take my business elsewhere and that is a horrible service. Do not go there at all.

Love the service, prices getting too high. $55 for hem and tapering. Another close tailor was 1/2 the price. Service: Alterations

GI Cleaners & Tailors is Excellent, providing cleaning, pressing, and repair. One of the suits I was having cleaned and pressed, also needed repair, which I failed to mention. When the owner spotted the problem, she called that evening, and got my permission. Excellent followup! Reasonable Prices, Quality Work, with Knowledgeable and Friendly Personnel.
