If I could give negative stars I would. Its sad when you are treated like a number instead of a patient. The store staff is great! The pharm. Whether it is big corporate or just pharmacist getting kicks on having authority idk. But if I already have to come to pick up medications for a family member, me picking up my medications 1 day before I will be completely out shouldnt be an issue. And just get rid of the 2nd lane if it is always closed. Walgreens pharmacy is where common sense and decent humanity goes to die

Much like the other reviews here, something strange has happened with this Walgreens. Service is terrible, pharmacists refuse to fill prescriptions and lie about the reason, even after speaking with the pharmacy manager Adam and following his directions explicitly. They stated my doctor refused the prescription which I knew to be untrue, so I had my doctor call up, and they then stated it was due to my insurance and hung up on my doctor as well! Truly insane what is going on in this location, and as others have mentioned, corporate does not care. Walgreens is not the same place that used to be, avoid at all costs. I am now a happy CVS customer!

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I am trying to get a prescription transferred from this location to another pharmacy. The other pharmacy contacted me because they could not get anyone at this pharmacy to be able to transfer the prescription. I called, they refused to transfer kept repeating that the other place had to call. I explained multiple times they had tried and couldnt get anyone, I asked them to call the other pharmacy or fax it. They refused. The technician was absolutely rude. I have never had anyone so rude at a pharmacy before. I asked to talk to the pharmacist after she said she had 2 there ready to take the call. She put me on hold for about 10 min and then picked up the phone and hung up. Still can get my prescription transferred because they wont answer the phone for the other pharmacy.

I opted for store pickup for my order. I got an email confirming my order was picked up, even though I never picked it up. I went to the store, but employees there were of no help. They argue that they are unaware and my order was already collected. After sometime, they fulfilled my order. How can they give away pickup orders without even verifying the ID? Maybe I should never order anything costly to pickup at this store.
