Dr. Jennifer Greder and her staff are fantastic! I have been her patient for over 20 years and she always listens to my concerns and takes excellent care of me during procedures.

If I could have chose 0 stars, I would have. Ive been going to this dentist office for many years, maybe 20+ years in all. The last couple years, its gotten worse for many reasons. The good visits or incidents with the staff USED TO BE more often good than bad the years prior, but the last couple years its the COMPLETE OPPOSITE and my anxiety is so bad just coming here to this office only.nowhere else in my life over these last few years has caused me this extreme anxiety to need to take Xanax just to enter their office! I had many years with little to no anxiety issues going there, with exception of the front desk employees that have always been an issue.
The front desk (main lady you would interact with EVERY SINGLE TIME you go there) is the most CONDESCENDING person & SHOULD NOT BE working such a primary role in a position where you have to deal with customers first hand. Shes almost always been this way since Ive known her for over the 20+ years Ive been coming to Dr Jenn & Dr Mack Greder, unless you very rarely catch her on a good day when shes not (less than 5 times in 20+ years going here). She was so rude and condescending when I called to ask her about an upcoming cavity filling that I recall getting done in the same area on the same tooth they said needed done in 2 weeks. I was just trying to inquire if this was the one they did last fall (just over 5 months before) to see if that cavity filling itself had an issue that I was asking if it would be covered by them (if the exact same spot, which I suspected as they did a cavity filling and worked on the exact spot on the tooth in question just 5 months before), only to be treated so horribly over the phone. And her exact words she said to me were, I cant explain this to you over the phone because you dont understand the correct terminology, so you just need to come in the day of your scheduled cavity filling to have it explained at that time. When asked if she could just have Dr Jenn Greder, who Ive been with for 20+ years, call and explain it to me over the phone when she had a chance (because Dr Jenn Greder has a WAY BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER & talks to people with respect), she condescendingly said no, she cant do that. This caused me to cancel my upcoming appt for the cavity filling, and I will also cancel all future appts with the dental office now. I will be switching dental providers as well. Nobody should be treated this way!!! Nor should an employer keep any, especially tenured employees employed, if they are always so negative and rude to customers. They impact your business in a very bad way when they are the person the customer more than likely HAS TO deal with everytime they reach out or enter your business!
Another previous issue I had with them was when I had a cavity filling 5 months ago. I requested to have gas for that appt to calm my nerves. They told me they needed to know ahead of time if I was sure I wanted it or not as they had a pregnant hygienist working, which was totally fine, so we scheduled it during a time that they said was when she would be out of the office on her lunch break so that I could get it without interfering with her health and schedule. When I came in for my appt at the scheduled time they told me would work best for that employee, this same condescending lady who works there told me that the employee was running behind with their client, but was originally set to have their lunch break then but someone scheduled an appt during my scheduled time with another hygienist so she was late to go to lunch now (not my error.theirs). She said that I had to come back maybe an estimated 30 min later to try to do the appt then. I had made childcare arrangements and agreed to come back despite my appt time not being kept for what they planned, but I still did the appt.but 30+ min behind schedule. Thankfully my childcare provider was still available and that I didnt have another appt soon after or I would have been forced to reschedule due to their inability to keep the scheduled time correct for the appt.
