        Being totally candid, I may be exceptionally difficult at times, but I was met with a man who had the patience of a seasoned professional. Mr. Aaron Ferguson ( loan advisor). Was able to answer any questions I had, and explain in a way that I could understand. Good experience. Thank you.

        Worse online banking and overall experience... none of them call back or get back to you when they say they will... they say they notified you about xyz loans and never do... overall would never recommend anyone to do anything with this bank

        Ive been with 3 banks in my lifetime, and this particular veridian is way above the rest. Ive been with these guys for just 4 short months, and I walk in there and they treat me like a celebrity every time. Addressing me by name before I give them any info or anything. Aaron is one of the best. Always polite and direct. I will be continuing my relationship with this credit union for as long as possible.

        Probably one of the worst banks out there, as they are trying to adapt AI too quickly. If you have to walk into a branch to get assistance because their AI systems aren't working properly on line, good luck. Their branches are basically ghost towns with a couple of tellers in them. If you need to do anything more than deposit or withdrawal, no go. They type to people on their online chat features, make you wait 5 mins and then tell you no one is available. Definitely just an organization that wants your money, but no service to back it up.
