I am impressed and must say these folks deserve full support because they truly seem to care about the reputation of the company and satisfaction of the community. I hope the full power of Berkshire and Clayton are behind Oakwood homes in developing great neighborhood villages under your corporate real estate umbrella. To own a community in an Oakwood homes community should have the same pride as owning in a Howard Hughes developed community. As a business person I can say that you have a great long-term ROI opportunity with Oakwood homes in Banning Lewis Ranch.

Met up with Buff (that's what I call him, you probably shouldn't) and had some DQ. Afterwards we had a coke and some peanut brittle until Charlie showed up. He wasn't too happy we were snacking on his brittle. I would not recommend eating Charlie's brittle. After Charlie gave me a tongue lashing, him and Buff started talking investments. It was as if they were speaking a different language. I decided it was time to jet, so I said until next time Gentlemen. Buff said "catch you on the flip side" Charlie said "don't ever let me catch you eating my brittle again." Then I dipped.
