        "Your business is important to us" Not true. No way to leave a message, mailbox is ALWAYS FULL, the voicemail refers to a non-existent website. Meanwhile I'm having issues with some of their recent work. I guess once they have your money, you don't matter anymore. My advice, look somewhere else. This is NOT customer service. Update- after posting this review, I was contacted by the owner to remove it or they will not warranty or service their work.

        John gave me an estimate of the electrical work. Once I committed to the project he explained what needed to be done, and we agreed on an install date. John and his crew arrived early, stayed on budget, were extremely clean, and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend PowerPros for all your electrical needs.

      Our google listing clearly states our hours of operation which does not include weekends. I do not have your number saved as a client as we worked with a building contractor and not direct. Your builder has not made me aware of any emergency issues and has not set up any warranty appointments with me to address any issues you may be having. Please contact them to set up the warranty appointment. Thanks
