Bridge to Better Living Omaha

About 2 years ago, Stephanie Sacco helped find my parents a assisted living facility. My father was very sick and she was so patient with us and helped us place them just in time before my father passed. That way my mom was settled in and used to her surroundings. 2 weeks ago , I contacted her to help us find my mom a facility that also has memory care. We had to find something fast because my mom would be getting out of rehab and could not go back to her assisted living because she now needed memory care as well. Once again Stephanie stepped up to the plate and found us a beautiful new living facility for my mom. She takes the time and listens to what the needs are and quickly helps you find solutions in difficult times. I am so grateful for all she has done for my family. I know if I need her assistance again, she will always be there to help and that brings such comfort knowing we have someone to count on. I would give her 10 Stars! Stephanie helped us find memory care for my mom who because of some physical issues most places would not accept her. She explained everything asked questions on visits that we would never have thought of. She is kind and compassionate and I would tell absolutely everyone if they need this kind of assistance to call her. You will not be disappointed.

Working with Stephanie was just wonderful. I always felt like I was her top priority and what more can you ask for? We struggled to find a place that would accept my husband and meet my standards but she persevered. Thank you for that and everything else you did!

Stephanie Sacco was incredibly helpful in finding the right place for my 86 year old mom. There were many difficulties in this placement and Stephanie stuck by me when other placement services didn't. She is phenomenal! I highly recommend working with Stephanie!

Stephanie Sacco was an exceptional senior living advocate to work with in finding my brother-in-law, who is mildly mentally handicapped and physically disabled, a place to live; not an easy task! My husband moved him from eastern Oregon just this week. Stephanie listened to the needs that we shared with her and was able to condense our search. Stephanie toured all facilities with us and took extensive notes so we could just engage in the tour of each facility and ask appropriate questions. If she thought there was something we were forgetting to ask she would interject in a timely manner. The process took my husband and I a few months and Stephanie was always patient and kind. We are so grateful for her help and have just recently settled my brother-in- law into his new location. In the first 2 days hes been at his new home; hes met Fiddler Joe (we all enjoyed a short concert in his room), been invited to mass, and dined with a variety of folks. By the way, Tim says the food is great!!! A pretty amazing start to say the least. Thank you Stephanie.
