Excellent service, sometimes. However they need to start asking more questions instead of being so quick to get rid of people and their questions.

I can't even get through the computer system to talk to an actual person. So therefore I will take my business somewhere else where I can actually talk to someone and will not try to contact this place again smh.

Ugh... Idk how to even review this, ill say, the geek squad people are better then the actual bestbuy employees. But still kinda not great. On my second phone now after being a total member. Just opted for the replacement which i didn't know id be paying for, of which is a refurbished photo, so not only am i paying new phone prices, im also paid 200 on top of my membership. Sad this is the only location that does repair, tho on this phone, i was told id receive a replacement if something happened anytime happend but i couldn't even get a loaner because the screens aren't even being sent from the manufacturer. Went to the village pointe location to be told to go to the 75th, then the 75th street employee says the village pointe is actually the one that handles replacements. Not only was i basically laughed out of the store before by a manager for thinking something inwas told by an associate, hopefully they were laughing at bestbuy strange policy's and not me for looking like a fool. Ill say the geek squad people always get me right. Much. More professional then bb employees but still, after going to a tmobile store and seeing how they treat customers. Well lets just say im done buying phones from bestbuy, or anything for that matter.
