    Have been a long time customer and i put up with forms that were out of alignment and never said a word about it. They lost my business forever today. Seems to be ran by robots or someone who does not understand my language. I found better prices at 5star forms online after their bot sent me a rude reply and deactivated my account just because my order was declined twice for making a mistake on the order.

    Worst customer service ever.   Spent hours trying to do everything right on their website which is ridiculous.  Finally got my order in and they then cancelled and rejected my word file setting out my name and address.Their rules are offensive to everyone and they make you jump through hoops to even send a contact email.   I will not use them and I do not trust them.I agree with others - this was a mistake to think I could go online and get printed stationary.Awful, awful company.   Do not use them.

    ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE! Zero communication, zero information, zero professionalism, zero product. I do not understand how an establishment like this can stay in business? This whole experience was a mistake. I understand in these trying times that producing product is taking longer and costing more, etc. We all are having a hard time getting materials and items that were once so easy to get. You wouldn't think ordering a couple boxes of blank envelopes would be this challenging. In June, my assistant placed an order with Penny Wise Printing. Yes, June! I personally followed up 4 days later because I couldn't find any info on the website about shipping my order and my assistant was unavailable. Nothing major, I just wanted to get my "ducks in a row". I received a rude email from Penny Wise Printing telling me that I should know how long shipping would be and that it had only been 4 days and that I checked a bunch of buttons acknowledging and confirming; to go on the website and look at the product page...blah, blah, blah. No, that is not true. Neither one of us acknowledged or confirmed it would take over 90 days to get our order and neither one of us can see into the future. Please show me where it states production and shipping would or could take months and months and months. I do not see that on the order confirmation, by acknowledgement, or the website. You get ZERO information from this website. Just blowing smoke. Let's just say I personally did place the order. Does it even matter? I am a customer. Just answer the customer's question respectively. This is ludicrous. My assistant told me we were supposed to have the product by July 27. I don't know how much more patient we can be? Well fast forward to today. It is now Sept. 8. Yep, Sept 8! I still do not have my envelopes. I go onto the website to see, by chance, if there is any information for my order and it NOW miraculously shows "ready to ship", but no date. So, I contacted Pennywise Printing via email (because you can't speak to a human) to get an ETA and I literally received this response  "NO REPLY - Order #  29047 - DECLINED-VOIDED-REFUNDED" just as typed. WAIT! WHAT? They cancelled my order? After all of this time? Why? Because I inquired about the shipping after 2 1/2 months?! This is unreasonable. I don't even know what happened? How is this even legit? For blank envelopes? This is crazy! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MANUFACTURER. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...well you know how the saying goes. If only someone could ram a ray of sunshine up their unhappy, unprofessional, little...never mind. I'm out of envelopes AND patience. Shaking my head.

    My checks were voided due to incomplete information so I submitted a question in order to avoid making any mistakes...I was met with incredibly rude comments despite my pleas for clarification. When I put in a complaint about the treatment I recieved it was ignored, I placed another order 7 days later and the payment was accepted and the order was processed. Two weeks later i had no recieved any updates on the shipping so I put in a request for an order update, the response i recieved was INCREDIBLY unprofessional. The company proceeded to tell me since i had been "rude" beforehand they decided i was difficult to work with and cancelled my order right then and there without giving me any heads up. While they could've cancelled my order on July 27th when i placed it, they decided to wait in order to purposely cause me inconvience. I've been a loyal customer for years and am appalled by this treatment. No wonder they have two stars on google.
