The staff here is friendly most of the time.Anytime I ask for a splash of cream in my cold brew or iced coffee I end up with iced milk. I usually dont have the time to loop back around on my morning commute to get it fixed. So I end up wasting $$ with no energy boost.
* the one time I did request to change my order at the window the girl didnt seem to understand what the issue was. It was remade. However, I dont feel its necessary to order and reorder.
I dont have this issue at other locations.

Super close starbucks, friendly staff and welcoming environment. I usually just order Frappuccinos but still very fast service.
