Every single time I go to this Starbucks my drink is made better than anywhere I have ever gone. And I usually go daily. I get the brown sugar shaken espresso and they kill it every time. Best drink ever made.

I went this morning 9/17 to get my regular , completely bad customer service from both parties I believe the person who helped me name was Brandon spend $22 all to realize my drink was made completely wrong. I order the venti iced chai latte with oat milk and sweet cold foam they added the pumpkin spice which I never asked for and put in regular milk but didnt even care to make the order right then I called to let them know and instead of being helpful he was like well I didnt even charge you for it thats besides the point I go to Starbucks everyday and am really bummed because I just moved and that is my neighborhood starbucks Ill just make the drive and start going to the one by my job.

Justina was not very Friendly, and not helpful, when a client was asking for a drink and they didn't have it she was not helpful when it came to offering substitutions or others Similar drink, Was just Staring at the client I had to step in and help the client out.. She really needs more training On customer service.
