They have an outstanding crew that gets the details right and affirms that they value you as a person and a customer. There's a shorter wait than most other Starbucks, even when it's crowded. The interior is always clean... occasionally immaculate. Thank you for taking pride in your work and offering an experience that is worth the price, even to a frugal old guy like me. Well done, team members/managers/franchise owner!

My wife ran in to get her drink and they had it hot and ready. When she had to go back in for a pup cup (aka "puppicino") for our spoiled chocolate lab/blue tick hound, the server was really personable, sweet, and quick which made my wife very happy. And when Mama's happy, everyone's happy. :-)
Wheelchair accessibility: Two reserved parking spots with plenty of room to maneuver and easy accessibility to the door.
Dietary restrictions: While I would *love* to see some gluten-free bakery items, the drinks are almost all ok.
