The first time I ordered a chai latte it was great but the second time I ordered it there was little sweetness and spice. After I told the man at the front desk he kindly re-made my drink to give it that Southern Indian touch (sweeter with more spices) to fill the void in my heart. May many blessings and great fortune keep flowing your way. Thanks, -T.V.

I recently visited Karma Coffee with my husband and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. As someone with celiac disease, I was thrilled to find a variety of delicious gluten-free options on the menu. And most everything is made in-house! The food was not only safe for me to eat but also incredibly tasty. In addition, they also sell gluten free mixes that you can buy and take with you. I highly recommend Karma Coffee to anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and great food! We will definitely be returning.

I visited as a delivery partner and unfortunately, I left quite less than impressed. The information in my pickup instructions simply said to check in with somebody, but did not say where that check in would happen and there's no signage whatsoever as to where you're supposed to do that. Therefore, I stood by the pickup area for several minutes trying to get the attention of two people who were intensely working on coffees for the admittedly busy line that was there when I arrived. After several minutes of being ignored and having no window in which I could ask a question, and certainly without being asked why I was standing there with my DoorDash bag or my phone in my hand, I got in line because some stores require that. I have never been to this coffee shop before, so I had no clue, and I saw another delivery driver standing by the other end of the counter so I thought that's where I needed to go. I stood in line for several more minutes. Once it was finally my turn I tried to ask the person at the register if I was missing something because I was there for doordash and I had never been there before. Immediately I catch multiple people telling me I'm supposed to interrupt them and speak up and I'm just supposed to understand how they function there I guess because it's not for lack of trying to get their attention that I was waiting there. Quite literally the person who repeatedly told me I should just speak up was the very person I was trying to get the attention of for several minutes before I gave up and got in line. I understand busy and I've been a barista before so I understand how people can get finicky sometimes... But I really felt unwelcome by the immediate snap to telling me I was supposed to interrupt their busy rush without any knowledge whatsoever as to who exactly would be in a position to help me and it came across very defensively. I was genuinely trying to ask a clarification question and you'd think that I had started having a fit or gone Karen mode or something. I've never been to the shop as a customer or as a delivery driver before and I don't imagine I'm going to go back because as much as it smells nice in there and I think the vibe could probably be something that I could get down with personally, I don't appreciate the way that I was treated today. I waited patiently and was ignored by multiple employees when trying to get their attention and there was no consideration whatsoever for the fact that I have respect for them being super busy and not wanting to shove my way into what seem to be a potential training situation... For a place decorated with stuff about keeping your karma clean and all this, It certainly left me feeling like people with alternative needs or social processing problems should steer clear. I'm pretty disappointed but obviously there's nothing I can do about it other than express my experience trying to do the last leg of their business for them. Sorry I was such an inconvenience today.
