        What I ordered versus what I got like dont put that on your website if thats not what you give people. Thats the only reason I went there was for a cute latte.

        If the service wasn't so spotty, I might have given Zen a higher rating. Unfortunately, though the product is consistently good, the counter service has always left a little to be desired. Being brusque and not thanking a customer is the equivalent of having at least two strikes against you.

        I ordered an ice coffee black and the cup was filled with tap water from the hand washing station and the rest coffee. I mean like a bathroom looking sink. No filters, just kitchen sink tap water. Everything else was really nice. Cute atmosphere and good service. Knowledge staff For a 7 dollar cup of coffee, you could do a little better

      Hi Jess! I’m sorry you didn’t like your tea latte. The image added with food coloring and lavender was for marketing to show the notes. We would gladly make you this if you’d like, though it is not customer preference as it alters taste and contains colorant. Our customers come here for atmosphere and quality of product…did you like how it tasted? Did you try it? Either way, we would gladly make you something else that’s pretty if that’s what you’re going for or even remake the image with said tea . However, please note our baristas all have varying levels of latte art as we are big on education and learning as you go. If you’d like a remake-please walk up to the barista and show her the image. If you’ve left, please contact me at [email protected] and I’ll make it happen for you.

      Hey Andrew… I’m sorry I feel like you’re mistaken. We have fully filtered RO systems in all of our stores-every sink is filtered and the sink you speak of has a spout attached for (also filtered) drinking water. Our Cold Brew is fresh and uncut and needs to be diluted-otherwise you’d be drinking straight concentrate which probably then would have been worth $7. However,the largest Cold Brew price is $5.50. Are you sure you were at Zen? If so, please send me a receipt so I can be sure it is accurate and corrected if needed. Thank you!
