American Eagle Store

Was completely ignored . Ive never shopped at American eagle before, so this was my first experience.. and I would have appreciated some help or assistance finding what I was hoping to shop for. Had no one approach me or ask me if I needed any help finding clothing. I was in the area of a worker multiple times and she just kept folding clothing , and then went to sit on the counter and look at her phone . Very disappointed in the complete lack of customer service.

This store really does have some cute clothes but wow are they ever pricy! I found some cute stocking stuffer while I was shopping here a few weeks back and I of course had to get my daughter some socks as she really likes them from here. If I ever win the lottery I an going on a shopping spree here for sure!

The girl at the counter whose name I didn't catch was quite helpful tonight - 1/3/2024 - after not being super into my online order she asked me as I was exiting the store if I liked them, I told her I didn't particularly like the non tapered bottom and she asked a few questions and ended up helping me find what I wanted in the first place. I'm glad she cared enough to ask me, super helpful. Thank you.

Super easy to return an online purchase - they are really so nice.
