Most of these reviews are from the owners friends and networking etc. Firstly, thats a giant red flag already. I wouldn't shop from here because a store associate named Bryce told me prices are subject to change daily, based off the customer alone. Secondly that is another red flag. It is a shady business tactic. I wouldn't try to work here because they will give you the run around on, "oh we will call you" for weeks on end. They will promise to pay you for the work you come in and do, and actually never do and skip out on communication. Third red flag from this business. They have a new store open in Lincoln I would also not shop from because of the business owners Emo/Allen/Alex. Please do not put your money in a business that will never invest back into you. I thought supporting a local shop would help generate new customers, but with the terrible miscommunication and very bad interactions with the owners themselves behind closed doors, I'm excited to admit I'll never be a customer again. Spread the word, social media is a good tool to let others know of honest experience. And they are not honest. Shop somewhere else. Have a good day. UPDATE: Re-Visited again on feb 3, 2023 and they haven't changed any stock. In fact there is expired product on the shelves. And when I question the employee I am met with, "Idk." What does "I don't know" stand for when you've been asking for different product since May of 2022. The price for shi-sha tobacco and three kings coals seems to still be changing everyday. I hope the better business bureau, answers the emails soon. UPDATE: Re-visited again on October 28, 2023. The stock is still exactly the same, and there's empty boxes from them not replacing product on the shelves still there from months ago when I made a previous complaint. The pricing has gone up on the products significantly without any explanation as to why its gone up by almost %50 in the matter of months. Inflation has not changed that drastically. They never card or ID people of any age. Workers are always seen on their cellphones, talking to people on calls and listening to extremely loud music in the store. You can't hear the clerk who barely speaks English. So expect this business to be out of business soon. The state and police are investigating these locations right now. Rereported this location to the state on 4/10/2024.

Ive had to replace 4 vapes in a year. The most recent was less than 10 days and just stopped working

No prices are set or listed on goods. Depending on who is working you will pay 10 more than what you were charged days before. No one seems to know the prices and the management doesn't believe in listing the prices. Very very poor customer service.
