        Our dining experience was less than ideal. The manager was constantly yelling at the staff (you could sense the tension amongst the employees), the pop machine was broken, after our order they ran out of fried chicken, and the chicken we got was dry and luke warm. My daughter ordered the chocolate cake and it was given to us frozen solid! I went up and asked them to heat it and she said they don't have a good way to do it so she put it on a warming pad (by the chicken). They brought it to us a few minutes later and the bottom was warm but the top was still frozen. I haven't been to a KFC in years and now I remember why! Will not be going back.
