        After being on the phone with Verizon for hours, they told me to go to this location to get help. I go in and check in and the manager Jorge comes up and I explain my situation and he laughs and says I cant help you. Then I ask him to get me a number to someone that can. He sat on his tablet for minutes until I ask him you cant find it can you? He then smiles in a bad attitude and says no I cant. Extremely frustrated and unhappy with the service and I know nothing will come about it. If you want service do not go to this location! Edit: Verizon has yet to follow up on my issue after they said to fill out some info on this site! Verizon you are not doing your part!!!

        Had to come in here to migrate activate an esim phone. Absolutely horrible process. The only bright spot was the solo employee, Kahli, who let me use his phone for the full FORTY minute call it took to get the line transferred to the new phone. 10/10 employee, 1/10 activation process.
