Avis Car Rental

Excellent experience! Rented a car for a couple months while we waited for our new truck to be delivered. Dropped off after hours on Christmas night. Would rent from them again!

Horrible experience at this location. Avis directed us here to exchange our rental that had a mechanical issue. After driving there we were told they had no cars to give us. But worse the woman was rude and aggressive. We had to drive to yet another location to make the switch. Last time ever dealing with Avis. Not if they allow people like this to work for them. One star is way too generous

The avis rental was very challenging and somewhat nerve-wracking.We had to exchange three cars to get one that worked. They gave a discount for our many troubles.

This West Omaha location- We had the worst experience with staff over the phone. We were paying $400 a week, outrageous! We were charged the $1215, and then they tried to charge it again. Very unprofessional on the phone to me when I called to ask about it. Then the said the rental was never extended, but I called to extend it and the lady told me everything was good. So when I called I was treated like a car thief because they said technically it now considered missing and stolen. Still being charged the high holiday rate after they told me the rate would go down, but it didnt. $1800 for not even a month. We went on Priceline and found a car with Ralston Avis for $213 a week. Shady business practices with poor customer service. I dont recommend the West Omaha location!!!!

because of over sight on vehicle service we almost got in a wreck on a mountain road. and cause delays in travel.
