        TO YOUR MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL. I CAN'T GIVE ANY RATING RIGHT NOW BUT ALL WHAT I KNOW IS THAT I'M CALLING TO THIS PLACE AND THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER A PHONE CALL. I PRE PAID MY ORDER SINCE SATURDAY AND I DON'T HAVE PHONE CALL YET FROM PERSONNEL TO PICK UP MY ORDER. I DON'T THINK THAT THIS SHOULD HAPPENS.
