Bath Fitter

I had an installation in one of our bathrooms done 15 years ago. We had a drain problem in the shower and I contacted BF tp help me with the problem. They came out and not only fixed the problem but completlely updated our complete shower and tub with a new upgrade including walls tub and hardware. They also did additional work and plumbing. I normally dont do reviews like this but these guys "hit it out of the park" as far as our family is concerned. Their personnel are courteous professional. adddi===

Overall, we are pleased with the work provided. Unfortunately for us it did take a few times to get it "right." I'm not certain why it wasn't all done correctly the first time, but after a few phone calls and two extra trips out, the shower is great. We are happy now with the end product. Lincoln did an excellent job of installing our new tub, complete, seamless shower surround, faucet and shower head. He was on time and finished the job in less than 8 hours. Very professional service. I also asked him if he could install water shut-off valves in the lines where the water comes in to the faucet. He checked his van, found a couple of shut-off valves and installed them, in addition to his scheduled installation duties. He went above and beyond his required service and we really like the work he did. It looks and works great! Thank you, Lincoln and thank you Bath Fitter! Great job! I highly recommend Bath Fitter. Very happy with my experience with Bathfitters! Having only 1 bathroom I was nervous about not having facilities access, but Trevor was very understanding about keeping me informed about when the water was turned off and I was very comfortable about my needs being met. Bath looks wonderful, and Trevor was great to deal with!
