They closed our business account while we were traveling out the country. All the transactions on those days were gone without anyreason. It was thousand dollars. They wont do anything unless we open a new account with them. I would never ever work with them again. I did a big mistake when choose Bank of the West over First National Bank. They loose my business. Now I have to try get all my money back in 1 day, otherwise, all those money will give back to the customers. Also, the manager is even worse. They are nice to you when you are new to them, they wont help you if anything happens. All they tell is I can not do anything right now. Worst customer service ever ever. I wont recommend any business to Bank of the West.

Michelle at the Nebraska location! Operator ID# 6549 was the rudest customer service rep I've ever encountered! She refused to let me speak to her supervisor at 2:10PDT on 10/2/21 and that's the note we ended on...I refuse to go back and fourth and I'm hoping to NOT get her again when I attempt my call back to Bank of the West.

I've called The Bank of the West Customer Service line for loan servicing 14 times in two weeks. They do not allow you to leave a message, just state "higher than normal call volume call us another time." Finally got someone on the line yesterday, she could not help me, I needed to get a document for her first, I asked for a direct phone number so I don't need to wait another two or three weeks to get through. No, we don't have that. This is pretty low, really really low level of customer service, for a client they made a decent return on their loan. Be warned
