FNBO

So, why are there negative comments and no one responds to them, I guess they are rude here. I will never do business with this institution. I see they waste customers time also. I think there are robots in this business.

Customer Service is lacking at this branch and with the bank in general. Very cavalier attitude when people's money is missing. Do better!

Very rude staff at this location. Didnt greet me or ask what I was there for initially. Then refused to print off a few checks for me which is something Ive been able to do at every other FNBO location Ive ever been to for the 10+ years Ive been an account holder. Raised their voices and became snippy/condescending when I questioned why they werent able to print them like it was such an outlandish request. Anyways, turned out to be a complete waste of time so I went to the branch at 175th and Center and they were able to print out my checks with no issues. I would steer clear of this branch.

Very poor experience at the 132nd & Center Omaha location, have never done business with FNBO, was looking into savings, Money Market and CD option since I have significate amount of money to invest, called the branch was on hold for 15 min, so stopped by on Sept 6 2023, teller said to wait in the lobby area and someone would be with me, after 15 minutes I left, seemed to be few bankers around.

When you enter this branch no one speaks to you. The teller on the far right (I think her name is Haley) will sit there and not offer to help you until you have stood there for a long time. The personal bankers stand around in each other's offices talking loudly about non work personal life issues and refuse to make eye contact or offer assistance. They lost important paperwork regarding our safe deposit box and then acted like it was no big deal with zero explanation as to what happened to our paperwork. This branch used to have friendly and kind people in every interaction. For the last year or so it's been rude people who are quick to tell you that you are welcome to transfer your money elsewhere.
