Great place. Great service and never have to wait long. Great employee's and handy with it right inside hyvee by doors when walk in. Highly recommended

I recommend first national Bank to my friends and family because they are always open after 5:00 and a lot of folks that work construction are never off until a right about 5:00 and we work Saturdays so that is very important and their branches are always open in a Hy-Vee on the weekends to serve you

This branch has horrible customer service I went in there to see why my account had a charge on it that I didn't recognize. the clerk maleena is really rude I asked her if she could help me identify where the charge was from she said no she can't so I did a quick Google search of the company name it came up as a scam. I showed her that and she said that there was nothing she could do and that I needed to come back at 2 on saturday. then I asked her really it says right here its a scam then she started to say i was having an attitude with her and she wasnt going to help me but she was already doing a great job at not helping me. So, I left called corporate and they said she could of canceled the card and gave me a new one. Now I'm at a different branch to get my card. As a customer of fnbo this is disturbing that I showed the lady it was a scam and she did nothing to help me so I had to waste gas to go to a whole different location to get a new card.
