Kaitlyn Cooper is so amazingly friendly and helpful! I had a little bit of some issues and she was there to help and talk me through it all! And was so patient with me which i appreciated so much! Ive been banking through here for 4 years and I definitely dont ever regret it!

Nice to your face of course then when i left and got home I checked my account again online and it got closed. I'm going back to Wells Fargo for sure.

I checked in the lobby and sat and waited , another group came in shortly after me and stated their name and also checked in but magically were allowed before me not sure if it was an age discrimination issue or what but it was pretty frustrating and I will be heading to a different branch ! Young college students dont waste your time here.

Very rude and snotty customer services reps. Besides the ATM being the slowest thing around, it NEVER works properly and when you bring it to their attention "well it is a 3rd party machine, we have nothing to do with that". ive tried making a deposit for 2 wks now. (sorry I have a day job and can't make it to the bank before they close, which is what the ATM is for) And although the ATM takes cash it will only allow $100 to be "available" Exactly why I opened an account through Metro Credit Union and after 20+ yrs, ill be closing this account
