        Joel Ortiz Jimenez messed up my CD. It's the worst branch I've ever been to. When I called the manager, Karla, she acted like it was nothing. My CD was supposed to renew at 5%, but Joel renewed it at 1.7%. It's the worst banking experience I've had so far

        I have been here a couple times now hoping each time would be different. But each time it's worst. The rep today honestly lacked customer service skills. I went to do 2 payments and it took her 15 minutes to help me. Haven't been another bank with worst customer service
