        No employee's were wearing any hair nets or gear for sanitation which lead to me finding 12 hairs in my small cup of pretzels. As well as unevenly salted stale pretzels

        The manager sold me two burnt pretzels. I found out when I got in my car and went back to just get a replacement of the clearly bad food. Instead she started to lie about the pretzel been bought 3 hours ago. And even that, what does that have to do with burnt pretzels? All her employees there were stunt but couldn't say anything. I have show the employee the time stamp of the transaction. Her red face turned even redder but that didn't help anything. She thought I was at fault for one reason or another and gave some undercut new pretzels this time. Fire HER..

        Our favorite location! When we arrived they had all the pretzels we needed no line. Friendly cashier. Great experience!

        While opening I sat and watched their unmasked female employee cough several times and then use her hand to wipe snot from her nose.. no hand washing took place after any of this.. yum!
