I couldve sworn I did a review when I first did business with them so Im writing it now! These guys are the absolute best, you can and should trust them. If you work with them they will work with you! They will treat you like family, they know what you are going through, tell them everything thats wrong and they will perform miracles. If your deciding on whether or not to go here, then this is the place trust me. :)

Highly recommended. I brought a car to them and they were able to show me how bad of a job my former mechanic was doing. Stuff that, even as a non-mechanic, was pretty obviously wrong. Plus, their customer service is amazing and I love their shop dog, Falcor. You can't go wrong taking your car to them!

West Gate is amazing! The staff are incredible and very friendly. I had some grinding going on with my brakes and they got me in immediately. They took pictures and videos of everything they were seeing to show me and explain to me so I was always in the loop. Definitely will be coming back!

So far so good! The initial contact and booking of my appointment were great with Nikki! She truly treated me with the upmost respect and honor. She was even knowledgeable about the process and some of the needs based on what I told her. If this maintenance work holds true, I will allow this shop to service my other cars as well. Thanks Nikki and Team! Oh, the Owner is AMAZING as well! I wouldn't expect anything less after working with Nikki.
