        Got a battery placed a few years back. Great. Called to see about the warranty. Was told would have a manager call back. After waiting several hours I called back again just to be told all warranties are void since the name change. Terrible customer service.

        Couldn't find the 108th and Maple location so leaving review here. I brought in my 2006 TL to see about removing a clear bra that was deteriorating. I honestly didn't think they would be able to remove it without destroying the paint. They did a great job, communicated regularly via text, and kept the price below the estimate. Thanks Travis!

      Great Plains Auto Body Driven by Kaizen Collision Center

      We've come a long way since Bruce and Joyce sat down around the table with their kids to think of the name of this shop, but family is still at the heart of our operation. Bruce and Joyce Hansen founded Great Plains Auto Body in November 1988 as a family owned and operated auto body repair shop. We first opened our doors in Omaha, Nebraska in a 5000 square foot leased facility at 78th and F Street. In 1992, 2,500 square feet were added. In 1996, we purchased the 17,000 square foot building and 3 and 1/2 acres of land, which serves as our current location.
