        Called to get help on removal for door handles/ book a job. Andy answered rudely and declined the job. Then when I asked for him to look up time on a job using ccc (their estimating software) he said no it would take too long too type in the info dont use crash champions for ANYTHING. Just a bunch of misfit lazy guys turning out subprime repairs. Go to Searl Autobody instead.

        I brought my Mazda5 to Crash Champions to have the tailgate lock and the passenger sliding door handle replaced and I have been pleasantly impressed with their service, transparency and workmanship. Andy explained the repairs and I got put on the schedule; it took about 2 weeks until all the parts were in. I dropped my car off in the morning around 8am and it was ready by 4pm the same day. My Mazda5 is as good as new!!! I look forward to coming back!!!
