    Brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee here after getting into an accident (not my fault). Everyone was super friendly. Loretta put up with me calling every two weeks to get an update and Dan let me know where they were at each step of the process. I could not be happier with how it turned out. My Jeep looks brand new!!! If youre ever unfortunate enough to be in a car accident, I highly recommend Dingmans! Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

    The people at Dingman's not only do a superb job with your vehicle but they make doing business with them a pleasure. They even give a portion of what they earn to charity which you pick out. I've done business with them before and I won't go anywhere else.

    Im incredibly disappointed in my experience at Dingmans Collision Center. First off, I brought the car in on Dec.13th, and I was told it would take a week to repair. After a week, I never heard from them, so I called to inquire about the timeline. Keep in mind; this is my only mode of transportation. Dan Brake, the lead estimator, told me he was waiting on a part. It should take a day or two to come in. A week later, the day before Christmas, as Im boarding a flight, I get a call notifying me that my car is finally ready. I informed them I wouldnt be able to pick it up until after the holidays because Im traveling. Fast forward to Dec. 27th, I arrive to pick up my vehicle. Red flag No. 1: Dan hands me the keys and tells me where its parked. I found that odd because a company with excellent customer service, as they claim to be, would drive the car upfront to the customer and inspect the vehicle with them before they drive off. Thats just standard practice. That never happened. Red flag No. 2: I inspect the car, and shortly after driving off, I notice my front LED light is out on my vehicle. It was working when I dropped it off but is now out. I immediately returned to point this out to Dan Brake; the lead estimator said I forgot to tell you that one of his guys, as they were repairing your front bumper, which entailed removing the light, discovered your light was out. I said, Okay. So, you all didnt think that was important to tell me? Dan replied I didnt think that was something you wanted to address, based on our previous conversation addressing other cosmetic issues with the car. I replied, Why would I bring my car here to be repaired only to leave with more repairs? That doesnt make any sense to me. Incredibly a front light was out. Dan was rude, unprofessional, and not a standup guy. I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. He did not even care I was unsatisfied with their services. So, here I am, left with a broken light with no attempts made by this company to fix it. Thank you, Dingmans for living up to your motto: We would rather be the best than apologize for anything less. Sorry but just because youve been in business for decades doesnt make you the best! Services: Auto detailing, Paint repair, Painting, Body & Trim
