I have had such a horrible experience with Jason Finch & Associates Immigration lawyer I renewed my DACA with them and this legit has been the worst experience from beginning to end. I called the office and told the receptionist that I received an approval for one part but not the other (I also checked online and It would only show me the Daca approval update) and usually the card gets sent pretty quick after approval so I was concerned since my job is requesting it and she INSTANTLY says that theres nothing they can do and I just have to wait. I was about to hang up the call and take her answer but then I asked if she could check my file to see if they dont have any other paperwork received Puts me on hold for some time and it turns out THEY HAD MY WORK PERMIT! Then the lady whos in charged of work permits stated that she called me once already on the 25th of anpril and left a VM which I do not have! I always listen to my voicemails. She proceeded to tell me they already did their part and her calling me was a COURTESY. Like be so Fr, its your job not a courtesy.. Its crazy to think I couldnt get another call or a postcard sent to me. I paid a lot of money to make sure your office helps me get my work permit It hurts to know they make the bare minimum effort in helping people who work so hard to make sure everything goes right. I wouldnt blame them if it didnt come on time but their attitude and the fact the receptionist wasnt even going to check anything just shows this is just about the money.

My case is really hard because is international but when the desk staff tell me the lawyer can help me it gave me a little bit of hope so i made the appointment but he there's nothing he could do for $100
