Great at communication, BUT...I must have missed something. When I originally did the paperwork for the opioid class action suit I knew they were taking a large portion. But, THEN I get notice they are hiring another company to do "payouts" which takes ANOTHER portion. So my original payout went from just over $1,900 down to just over $600. It's right at 70% total they suck out for your pain and suffering. They also put me at the BOTTOM tier when I've been on these for over 12 years and physically addicted begging the docs to take me off them but they are afraid to. Talked to rehab and I need to be in an inpatient nurse monitored facility so I have immediate help if I go into shock. I feel taking 70% is atrocious and unfathomable and put someone STILL enduring this trauma on a bottom tier is very questionable. Don't expect first tier but my gosh, last? They banked on this whole class action suit. I was in another for Avelox. I received $30k for and it was a one script event unlike this one at 120 pills every month since december of 2012. Just crazy to wrap my head around.

I found High and Younes online and the same day I contacted the firm, Frank and A J came and picked me up and took me to lunch to discuss details. Throughout, they were helpful in trying to get me through since the other guys insurance company did absolutely nothing. It was the darkest times for me but they got me through. A J is a nice guy but he can be aggressive when it counts and his documents are well written and rock solid. Elizabeth was awesome at making contacts and coming up with hard to find information and Frank lent his no nonsense reassurance to the experience. Im very satisfied with their representation. Frank and Michelle were invaluable assets during a stressful time.
