Not a very good place I would never put my mom in there the med aids dont watch there residents take there meds and many times the family members find there medication still sitting in the med cups inside there rooms on night stands. I know this because I used to work there. Something the state should really look into. Oree who does HR she is a total hot mess somebody who you cant trust but thats the whole management team. They tell you one thing and the next time they deny they even said it.

Excellent caring staff, went above and beyond to ensure my mother was taken care of. This is the second Assisted Living facility my mother stayed at, wish we would have found this facility first. Facility is clean and cozy. Residents even were very friendly and happy. We appreciate everything Via Christie did for our mother.

Staff are rude! Family member lost 15 pounds in a month. If you dont care about your loved one and prefer no involvement in their care this is the perfect place.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT. I cant say enough - use caution if you are considering Via Christe to place a loved one. Note that many of these positive reviews are actually employees and not residents or loved ones. They appear to be understaffed especially when it comes to nurses although they refused to provide that information. My mother was only a resident for six months and experienced multiple falls, isolation used as punishment, and harsh scolding used instead of redirection for dementia. Be careful of using autopay for this facility as they make up random amounts which were more than double and run it. The aids were most helpful and kind but the nursing and administration of this facility were unprofessional, aggressive and ill prepared to run this type of assisted living. When we visited recently we were met with fake rules about HIPA, about COVID, about carpets being cleaned and family members were not allowed in a care meeting while maskless visitors were allowed in the facility.
