12/14/22Pregnant woman gets wheezy with poor quality, spicy fish!*******The Boba balls are hard instead of jelly-chewy! YukTo my surprise my pregnant friend asked me to order the Spicy Fish for her today at the same spicy level that I had originally bought it, yesterday. I got to the location at:333 N 78th StOmaha, NE  68114United StatesThe gal named, Paw knew that I had placed a spicy fish order for my pregnant friend at the "Ames location," but told me to wait there at 333 N. 78th St.  Paw assured me that her chef, at that location. would remake the spicy fish for my pregnant friend & asked me not to go to the location where I had placed my order which was at:6553 Ames AvenueOmaha, NE 68104After I paid her, Paw told me to come back in 15 minutes. It took over 40 minutes. When I returned, there was also  (2) Asian females that arrived dressed in black. Both were heavy build like a Kunfu-Panda bear but the meaner one was on the heavier side.To my surprise, the Asian female Paw, who took my order LIED TO ME & never had her chef make my food at all! Instead, of telling me to go to the "Ames" location earlier to pick up the spicy fish order, she LIED & wasted my time. The order on "Ames" was now old & cold!Cold food does not taste good at all! Also, the (2)other fat, Kunfu-Panda-looking Asian females that had arrived started yelling at me & ordered me to go to the other location on Ames Street to pick up the original order. I was surprised by their demand since the food was no longer fresh. One of them told me to microwave it! Wow!!!The Asian females refused to give me their names but (they weren't secret Ninjas), when I asked them. I was accused of being a liar & they started yelling at me to, "Get out!!My pregnant friend was really craving the, Spicy Fish, so I drove  to the "Ames" location where they had made the meal.Upon arriving at the "Ames" location I explained the hostility that I had just experienced at "78th St. To my surprise they still had the fish meal sitting on the counter for over 1 hour.; HEALTH CODE VIOLATION & food poisoning hazard!!! The fish was no longer fresh & neither was the rice. The girl at the counter was pushy & wanted me to pay & I did because I wanted my pregnant friend to be happy. She offered to make the spicy fish fresh, again but I questioned her honesty. She LIED to me by telling me that all orders, like DoorDash were being, now placed on halt because mine was being remade. She was trying to appease me so that I would not ask her for my money back. (I had already asked her for my money back once but she declined insisting it was being made fresh to order. My gut told me don't trust her but I wanted to give this restaurant another chance to make good on their word.)To prove that her chef was truly going to remake the fish dish "fresh," again as she stated, I asked her to leave the old rice & old, spicy fish order there on the front counter that I had ordered an hour ago but she insisted that her chef wanted it in the back.In the end, she LIED & warmed up the old spicy fish order & rice in the MICROWAVE & bagged it up then handed it to me by telling me it was freshly made by her chef. She did this in about 5 minutes!I am a chef myself & know when food is made fresh to order. I made a make a mistake of not opening the bag to check the contents before leaving. I was about a block away when I decided to pull over to the side of the street to check on the meal. When I opened it I could  tell that it was the original, old, spicy fish & old rice that had sat on the counter for over an hour! It was not fresh, crispy or spicy with extra sauce. Instead it was soggy, soft & dry & so was the rice, just like it would be if it was placed into a MICROWAVE. I also did not get the side of "beef" that I paid for.I called the number to the restaurant & asked if I could drive back & return the food. The Asian female said, "You can throw it away but I am not going to give you your money back!" I asked to speak to the owner & get his name but she hung up on me.... At no point, did I get an apology, and the staff is confrontational & refused to call the owner to fix the issues. They are poorly trained and there are no managers to ensure great customer service or care.My pregnant friend took one bite & got her spicy fish craving-fix today at a HUGE COST!!!I warned her of possible food poisoning but she took a bite, got sick & vomited for the rest of the evening. The restaurant is negligent for selling dangerous food. Having food, sit for over an hour in a counter, especially fish is a Health Code violation. Fish breeds salmonella or other bacterial poisoning, to name a few. *** I think roaches are doing cartwheels in their kitchen counters! **Be advised that the owner owns many restaurants in town but  ALL receipts have the SAME address to an "Ames" location as listed above. This will confuse you if you order & pick up your own food.

Not good don't eat here. Two questions to owner/operator 1. What it is going on with your Thai noodle soup? The beef was okay but why would you put broccoli stems in it? No florets just big fat stringy randomly cut stem chunks. Seemed to have some sort of leafy green that was hard to distinguish a taste because of the sugar water beef flavored broth, but I suspect that it was the leaves from the head of broccoli stems. Also why such a large portion of noodles? Half was still too much especially with the little amount of sugar beef water that was served with it. 2. Why is your spring roll the size of a burrito? You have it advertised as rolls but really it is one really big one cut in half with so much carrot it is about all I could taste besides the mint. I am thinking you should change the name to mint carrot burrito at least that way people will not be surprised if they try to eat one.
