Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with I waited 3 months to fix my freezer. I had my part overnighted and still had to wait 3 weeks to get someone made several appointments and they just never showed up no call no reason. Their customer service was terrible never helpfull but always rude if you want something fixed do not call Goodwin Tucker!!!

Do not do business with this company. I repeat DO not do any kind of business with this company. I own 3 subway stores and needed to get the toasters worked at the Omaha location. After the first of four trips not one time did they ever fix the issues. The second and third trips I said lets just turn the toasters on and make sure they work. They absolutely would not let this happen and so when we got them home, they had the same code on them that was there in the first place. Mind you we live 4 hours from their location. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was forewarned from other franchisees that this place was a disaster and I should have listened. The toasters are still not fixed and that was over a year ago. Avoid at all costs!!!
