All Appliance Service

I had them out to my house to repair a whirlpool microwave 7-8 different trips (I had to take off work and be home when they arrive). They never did figure out what was wrong with the microwave, and it still does not work properly. I was billed $267 for a service that was never completed. I would not recommend working with them.

Chadd replaced a bad pump in our washer on a Friday. Saturday when I did a load of wash, I again had water on the floor. He was out again on Tuesday and instead of trying to sell unnecessary parts, he investigated and found a clog in the pipe that carries the water to the drain, cleared it and was on his way. That evening he called to follow up and see if we had used the machine and if it was working properly -- it was! Today I did two weeks worth of laundry with no leaks. Very happy with their service! Absolutely terrible service. Called this company to fix my refrigerator. To start the man refused to wear shoe covers or take off his shoes. Tracked water leaves and dirt throughout my house. Didn’t answer any of my questions about time frame to fix unit. Was told they would be back out when they got the control board in. 2 weeks went by so I called and talked to a lady named don. She was rude and told me the job was completed. I told her they were ordering a part and was then told all the techs there don’t always do their jobs right and she would have to talk with the tech in the morning. Week later no response. Called and talked to a different agent and she told me the same thing. Frustrated beyond belief I called another service company. The other servicer fixed it the same day they came out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Service: Repair refrigerator
