The Trails at North Streams

My roommate and I are looking for a new apartment, Samantha the property manager is nothing short of amazing. She was able to give us the best experience we have had with an apartment tour without being able to show anything (due to the property being under construction) We are both so excited to be a part of the North Streams community!! Even with the construction, the property is very modern, especially the fitness center. Highly recommend checking The Trails at North Streams out if you are looking for a new home.

This is a wonderful property! They care about every resident! Everyone from the staff in the office to maintenance and grounds, the service is superior and they have a personal touch so you feel comfortable and cared for. The apartments are up to date and gorgeous! I highly recommend! Leasing staff always quick to answer any questions and maintenance staff always responds promptly and with quality service.

My family and I have been living at the Trails for almost 2 months. Overall, our experience has been a great one. On the top of the list is the property manager, who is spread thin but still provides top-notch service and incredible warmth to her work. She makes people feel like they are welcomed and they belong and will work hard to fix issues with the unit one may be having. We really like the location, though their is a bit of a downside dealing with the dust of construction and the noise. However, that is not a big problem at all. We look forward to the future when things are more "finished." The unit is spacious and well thought out. As someone who is older and who lives on one floor, it is wonderful to get laundry done and park within my unit. The countertops and appliances are very nice and they are very welcoming to your furry friends. We are enjoying living here very much.

I was nervous about moving into a new property, but Samantha the property manager ensured that I had nothing but the smoothest experience moving in! The property is so new and my apartment has the best view ever!!
